Doncaster Hill – Handover

Valeo Construction successfully handed over the Doncaster Hill project at 88 Tram Road, Doncaster on 06 February 2017.  The thoughtfully designed 8 storey project, featuring 60 inviting and spacious apartments across 6 levels had a contract value of $15 million.

The Doncaster Hill project was built with input from environmental sustainability consultants to ensure a high level building rating and energy efficiency.

Valeo congratulates all members of the Production Team on a tremendous effort in successfully completing the development to a high standard and ahead of schedule.

Esque Apartments

Our most recently awarded project is an exciting new endeavour for both Valeo and our newest clients Mitraland, with the Esque Apartments being the one of the tallest buildings to construct for Valeo to date, it is also the first Australian development for Malaysian based Mitraland.

We are proud to announce that we competed and won against very high quality opposition including Harris HMC, Hamilton Marino and Hacer.

The opportunity to work in partnership with Mitraland not only lends itself to forging a wonderful relationship with a well-respected international builder but has also opened the doors for us to build our rapport with Fender Katsalidis as the nominated architect.

The Development is located on busy Chapel Street, South Yarra and is to comprise of 66 apartments and 1 retail over 18 levels with a 4 level basement with a contract sum of $27.4M.
